Our story
Serving Bellevue since 1998
Dalton's is the place where a family shows up after church, where a crew from a job site grabs lunch, where a retired couple has the same table on Tuesday, and where a server knows how you take your drink. We've been locally and family owned since we opened, focusing on good food and good people at an affordable price. We love our neighborhood!

A family restaurant, run by a family
Doug Crow opened Dalton's in 1998 and named it for his son, Dalton. It was the first restaurant in what grew into a family hospitality company across Nashville. After Doug's passing in 2022, Dalton and Auston took over leadership of the family business with guidance from Aunt Cindy, who is the beloved face of Dalton's Grill. Dalton's Grill is still the place where it started.
What that continuity buys a guest is simple: the food tastes like it did last year, the prices stay fair, and the people behind the counter have been here a while.
Around here, you'll always have a seat at the table.
